Rosemary Grilled Asparagus

Hello Woooooorrrrld!

Today's recipe is for Rosemary Grilled Asparagus and yeah buddy you better believe it's amazing!

Rosemary Grilled Asparagus
2 pounds asparagus, rinsed and dried, ends trimmed ( I used about 2 pounds...maybe more...)
2 Tbsp. cooking fat ( I used avocado oil )
1/2 Tbsp. Rosemary ( I used the same amount just dried )
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt ( I think I ended up using more like 1/2 tsp. )
1/2 lemon, for finishing ( I ended up using one whole really small one. )

Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add Asparagus, rosemary, and salt.
Grill on medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until soft and starting to brown.
Serve warm with a drizzle of fresh lemon juice over the top.
This recipe?
5/5 star rating for a side dish!
Not only was it super easy to make, the asparagus was soft and flavorful, and turned such a vibrant green in color.
(which added color to a meal is always nice.)

Are you an asparagus fan?
What's a favorite colorful sidedish of yours?
XOXO

And yes, I love asparagus:) Although I am terrible at eating it politely. Like, really awful.
